入世给吉林省高等农业教育带来的思考

Analysis of Effect of WTO's Entry on Higher Agriculture Education in Jilin Province

WTO的加入 ,既给吉林省的农业和高等农业教育带来了发展机遇 ,同时也使之面临严峻的挑战。依托区域优势 ,调整农业产业结构 ,发展特产业 ,是吉林省农业发展的目标。吉林省高等农业教育应适时培养和输送特产业发展所需要的专门人才。为此 ,应采取以下措施 :面向“三农” ,拓展教育空间 ;加强素质培养 ,提高教育质量 ;开展订单办学 。

Entry of WTO not only brings the chance to agriculture and higher agriculture education in Jilin Province,but also faces a serious challenge to them. The development of Jilin agriculture aims at depending on the regional advantages, adjusting agriculture structure and developing special products.Higher agriculture education in Jilin Province should cultivate talents for the development of special products industry. For this purpose,higher agriculture education in Jilin Province should adopt the following strategies:expanding education space,facing the agriculture;enhancing quality,increasing quality of education;launching the education on demands plan,serving the construction for local economy.
