摘要
司法公正是依法治国的基本要求 ,也是我国司法改革的目标。要实现司法公正 ,必须在认识上解决对司法公正内涵的正确界定 ,对司法公正外延的正确划分 。
The justice of judicature is the basic requirement of the p ol icy of rule by law,and it is the goal of the revolution of judicature.To realize the justice of judicature,we should solve the basic issues about the contain an d the scope of the justice of judicature,and about the relation of the justice a nd the efficiency in judicature,in our opinion.
