文化 ,是人类社会特有的现象 ,是人类自身进化的一种状态和成果。先进文化是人类文明和进步的结晶。中国共产党不仅是优秀文化遗产的集大成者 ,而且应是先进文化的创造者和代表者。代表中国先进文化的发展方向 ,就是要建设有中国特色社会主义文化 。

Culture is the unique phenomenon of mankind society,the res ul t and a state dued to the development of mankind.And advanced culture is sthe ef fect of mankinds civilization and progress.Chinese Cummunist Party is not only the biggest owner of excellent culture,but also the creator and representative of advanced culture.Represntation of the development direction of Chinese advanc ed culture means to build the typical Socialist culture in China,which includes four related aspects,given to the Chinese Cummunist Party by the new history.
