中小学教师创新素质的缺失及对策

许多中小学教师缺乏创新素质 ,主要表现在敬业精神不高、知识结构有缺陷和创新能力匮乏三个方面。导致教师创新素质缺失的原因是 :顽固的应试教育 ,不力的师德教育 ,偏低的教师工资 ,僵化的教学管理 ,残缺的教师培训 ,失当的高师教学。提高教师创新素质的根本措施是 :彻底扭转应试教育 ,建立师德教育机制 ,提高和落实教师的待遇 ,改革教学管理制度 ,完善教师培训体系 。

A lot of primary and higher school teachers are deficient i n in novative quality.The deficiency of teachers' innovative quality is mainly manife sted in the three aspects:teachers dont have high spirit in the respect and lo v e for their own profession;there are shortcomings in their knowledge structure;t hey are deficient in innovative ability.The reasons which lead to the shortage o f teachers' innovative quality are the obstinate examination-oriented education ,the ineffective teachers'moral education,the low wages of teachers,the ossified teaching administration,the imperfect teacher-training,and the improper instru ction of teachers'colleges and universities.The cardinal measures to improve tea chers'innovative quality are:bringing about a cardinal change in the examination -oriented education;establishing the mechanism of teachers'moral education;rais ing and implementing teachers'wages;reforming the teaching administration system ;making teachertraining system perfect;deepening the instruction reform of teach ers'colleges and universities.
