Command guarantee is the core of winning in battles. 'Net-Center Battle' brings great changes to the environment of battle field, such as: battle area becomes wider, situation in battle field is more transparent, battle units cooperate in higher efficiency, battle skills is more flexible, battle rhythm is accelerated, and battle center changes from traditional flat to net. All of these propose a new challenge to our army. How to adapt to 'Net-center Battle' and keep the information advantages to converse it to battle effectiveness is a subject needed to be solved. This article discusses the great effects on army construction and development brought by 'Net-Center Battle' from the angle of command control guarantee.
