目前我国公民政治参与存在的问题以及民主政治建设的考量

Problem of Chinese Participating in Political Affairs and Consideration of Constructing Democratic Politics

社会主义初级阶段的历史定位 ,使我国目前公民政治参与的现状和社会主义的本质要求还相差甚远。地区与阶层上的差异性、物质与信息上的制约性、体制与心理上的滞后性、能力与利益上的乏弱性和技术与渠道上的短缺性等 ,就是问题的突出表现。基于此 ,当代中国民主政治的建设与完善只能是一个分层次、有重点、逐步积累的协同渐进过程。

For the history position of the socialist primary stage, there is a long distance from the situation of Chinese citizen participating political affairs to socialism nature. There are a lot of major problems, such as differences between regions and social status, restriction of material and information, lagging of social system and psychology, weakness between capability and profits,and shortage of technology and method. On this basis, the construction of China's democratic politics is a long way which is full of levels,stresses and accumulations.
