政府在风险投资中的职能分析

Analysis of the Government Functions in Venture Investment

风险投资是高新技术企业发展的重要支撑 ,而风险投资的发展离不开政府的支持与引导。本文介绍了目前中国风险投资业的现状和不足 ,并在分析以政府为主导进行风险投资的弊病后 ,给出政府在风险投资中应该担负的职能。本文认为政府的支持和引导是风险投资业高速发展的必要保证。政府对于风险投资业 ,应当采取积极鼓励 ,政策扶持的态度 ,来推动它的健康发展。

Venture investment is an important support for the development of high-tech enterprise, but it cannot take on a normal development without the guidance and support of the government. This paper introduces the present situation and existing issues of the venture investment system in China and analyses the positive defects of the systems in which governments play leading roles.Then functions that the government should exercise in the venture investment system are presented. We concluded that guidance and support of the government is an indispensable guarantee of great and rapid development of venture investment in China.
