经直肠彩色多普勒检查前列腺疾病诊断分析

Analysis on the diagnosis of prostat e disease with transrectal color Dop pler ultrasound

目的评价经直肠彩色多普勒超声检查显示前列腺疾病的作用。方法98例因不同原因出现前列腺疾病临床症状后经直肠彩色多普勒超声检查,并将其结果与病理对比。结果前列腺炎32例,前列腺增大40例、前列腺癌9例、前列腺囊肿17例。结论经直肠超声检查诊断前列腺疾病特异性高,可为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。

Objective To evaluate the effect of transrecta l color Doppler ultrasound(TRCDU)for revealing the prostatic dis-eases.Methods Ninety -eight patients who had clini cal symptoms of prostatic disease due to different causes underwent TRCD U examina-tions and the findings of TRCDU were c ompared with the pathology.Results Among 98patients,prostatitis was f ound in 32,prostatomegaly in 40,prostatic cancer in 9,and prostatic cyst in 17.Conclusion The specificity of TRCDU in diagnosing various pathologic changes of the prostate is higher and therefore it c an provide reliable evidences for th e clinical diagnosis.[
