摘要
目的探讨用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对128例偏头痛患者的诊断分析。方法128例偏头痛患者,分为典型偏头痛42例,普通型偏头痛86例。并将这两种偏头痛进行对照研究。结果偏头痛患者的血流动力学改变,不仅表现血流速度的增快、减慢、不稳定、不对称,而且伴有血流杂音及血流频谱异常。结论我们认为偏头痛患者除颅内血流速度的增快、减慢、不稳定、不对称外,血流杂音及血流频谱异常可以作为偏头痛的诊断依据之一。
Objective To investigate TCD findings of migraine.Methods 42 typical migraine cases and common migraine cases were studied and compared each other.Results TCD demonstrated that the intracranial hemodynamic changes not only presented as acceleration,deceleration,unsteadiness and asymmetry of blood flow velocities but (also) provoked bruit and spectral abnormality.Conclusion Except intracranial hemodynamic changes such as acceleration, deceleration,unsteadiness and asymmetry of blood flow velocities,bruit and spectral abnormality are also the important evidences for diagnosing migraine.
