Practical Education and the Buildup of a Contingent of Double-certificated Teachers

从高等职业技术教育的特色出发 ,分析了高职教育师资队伍的现状 ,阐明了理论教学与实践教学相结合 ,侧重于实用技能培养的教学理念以及“双师型”师资队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性 .提出了要加强专业教师的培训 ,鼓励专业教师经常参加生产实践 。

On the ground that higher vocation education has its own characteristics,the author discusses the present situation of the teacher contingent in higher vocational education and demonstrates an educational concept of combining theoretical education with practical education with the stress on skill training,and points out the significance and pressingness of the buildup of a contingent of double certificated teachers.It is important to strenghen the training of teachers of specialized courses,to encourage them to often participate in the production practice,and to urge them to keep their knowledge and skills updated with the time.
