The suspending of the labor contract is not only an important problem that should be resolved urgently during the fulfillment of the labor contract,but also an important content to be clearly stipulated in the labor contract legislation.On the ground of the labor contract suspendings stupilated in the domestic labor contract legislation,the author discusses the reasons and durations of the suspendings and what rights and duties each party has during the suspending period.
