浅析高等职业技术教育实训基地建设基本模式

Analysis of Building up Basic Patterns of Training Base of Higher Vocational and Technical Education

高等职业技术教育实例基地建设是探索高等职业教育体系模式和促进高等职业教育迅速发展的关键。高职教育实训基地的建设,必须有明确的指导思想,并探寻实训基地的功能、特征,研究出科学的、较为理想的构建方法和管理模式。目前,我国高职高专实训基地形成了以综合职业技术应用能力培养为主线的校内、校外两个实训空间环境,在校内建立同产业运作一一对应的模拟仿真实训基地或真实岗位实训平台,在校外建立校企联合的顶岗实训基地,成为高职教育教学与产业的结合点。

Building the training base of Higher Vocational and Technique Education (HVTE) is a sticking point, which probes into the system and pattern of Higher Vocational and Technical Education and contributes to its rapid development. We must have an explicit directing idea for building the training base of HVTE. We must find out the functions and characteristics of the training base and work out its scientific and more perfect methods of contraction and administering patterns. At present, the Higher Vocational and Technique Education in China formed two training environments: one is in campuses and the other is outside campuses, which aim at training the integrated skills of students in vocations and techniques. The former, namely colleges, have set up training platforms imitating reality or corresponding with enterprises. The latter, namely enterprises, have set up training bases where students work as workers. All of this has become a joint of the education of HVTE and enterprises.
