2002年中国人民银行公开市场业务取得突破性进展,央行公开市场操作在调控基础货币、调节商业银行流动性、引导货币市场利率方面取得了成功,并积累了丰富的经验,为公开市场业务的进一步转型奠定了基础。本文从多个方面介绍了2002年中国人民银行公开市场业务情况。
Witnessing a breakthrough in 2002, open market operations by the People's Bank of China made achievements in adjusting the base money, improving the liquidity of commercial banks, and guiding interest rates in the money market. Meanwhile, the PBC has subsequently obtained rich experience in this process, laying a solid foundation for further transformation of open market operations. This paper introduces the PBC open market operations in 2002 from several aspects.
