国民党右翼对孙中山先生提出新的民权主义一直阳奉阴违,包括1947年元旦公布的《中华民国宪法》更是如此,当年反人权言行遍于国中,中国共产党对国民党右翼在理论和实践上的革命,其实也是中共领导中国人民争取实现人权的斗争。

The Kuomintang Right-wingers had been oppsing covertly the New Principle of Democracy suggested by Sun Yat-sen,especially the Constitution of Republic China promulgated on the New Year's Day of 1947,though they agreed overtly.And,as a result,the statements and actions prevail against human rights in the country in those days,Hence,the revolution led by the Communist Party of China(CPC) both theoretically and practically against the Kuomintang Ring-wingers was,in fact,a struggle of Chinese people for human rights under the Leadership of the CPC.
