A Technical Report of the Utilities of Water Resources in Ankang

利用灰色关联分析法和回归分析法研究表明,增加有效灌溉面积是提高安康粮食产量的主要途径,水利设施小型化是提高设施和资金利用率的重要手段;增加化肥施用并不能带来粮食总产的大幅提高,安康市生产绿色食品是科学的选择;安康市能够建成陕西省首家水产养殖基地。

In this paper, the relations between agriculture and water resources in Ankang are studied, with the Theory of Grey System and Regression Theory. The solution is obtained, by analysis, that the key point, which raises the grain yield, is to extent the irrigated area except the chemical fertilizer. The important method that raises the utilization ratio of facilities and funds is to build small water conservancy facilities. To produce green foods is a scientific selection to help Ankang to be the first multi-agriculture base in Shaanxi.
