我国乡镇企业的发展虽然很快,但近几年也面临着诸多挑战,显现出结构、体制、管理人员素质等方面的一些问题,这在一定程度上反映出乡镇企业人力资源方面所存在的缺陷与不足。乡镇企业的发展,对高等职业教育提出了新的要求,而高等职业教育的发展,也必须重视与适应乡镇企业进一步发展的需求。

Although the industry in countryside in China develops very quickly, it also faces challenges in recent years, some problems of structure、 system and quality of management show that there exist some defects in human resources in the industry in countryside. The development of industry in countryside requires new demands to higher vocational education, moreover the development of higher vocational education should be suitable for demands of the further development of industry in countryside.
