摘要
本研究测得5头15月龄美利奴羯羊(体重33.5±2.5千克)皮肤、骨骼肌、皮下脂肪、肝和肾重量分别占活体重的百分率(%)为7、25、11、1和0.2。在该几种鲜组织中,蛋白质含量(%)为:皮肤,9;骨骼肌,17;皮下脂肪,5;肝,24和肾,21。绵羊组织中亮氨酸体外降解率(毫微摩尔数/分/克鲜组织)在皮肤为最高( 103±8),肾脏次之(77±16),再其次为骨骼肌(16±3)和皮下脂肪(12±4),而肝脏最低(10±5)。组织降解亮氨酸额量(微摩尔数/分)也以皮肤为最高(250±25),骨骼肌次之(135±20),然后为皮下脂肪(44±15)和肾(5.2±1.0),肝脏则最低(3.4±1.9)。实验结果表明,亮氨酸主要是在肝外组织进行转氨基降解代谢,皮肤和骨骼肌是亮氨酸进行降解代谢的两大主要组织。
Five Merino wethers, 15 months of age and mean body weight 33.5 (SE 2.5) kg, were used to obtain tissue samples of skin, skeletal muscle, subcutaneous adipose tissue, liver and kidney for study of leu-cine in vitro degradation. The results showed that leucine degradation ( nmol/min/g wet wt.) was 103±8 in skin, 16±3 in skeletal muscle, 12 ± 4 in subcutaneous adipose tissue, 77±16 in kidney, and 10± 5 in liver. The estimated capacity of leucine deamination ( μmol/min ) was 250±25 in skin, 135±20 in skeletal muscle, 44±15 in subcutaneous adipose tissue, 5.2±1.0 in kidney, and 3.4±1.9 in liver. Thus, the capacity of leucine degradation in sheep tissues would be ranked in the order. skin>skcletal musclc>subcutaneous adipose tissue>kidney>liver. It was concluded that leucine is mainly degraded in extrahepatic tissues. Skin and skeletal muscle appear to be two major tissues of leucine degradation in sheep.
