小型猪肠道正常菌群的研究

STUDIES ON MICROFLORA IN THE GUTS OF CHINESE MINIATURE PIGS

本实验用稀释滴种的细菌定量方法对饲养在相同环境中的三种猪(小型猪、北京黑猪、两者杂交一代猪)四个年龄(2、4、6、8月龄)、四个部位(空脑中部、回肠、盲肠、结肠中部)和九种细菌(大肠杆菌、肠球菌、真杆菌、拟杆茵、分叉杆菌、小棱菌、韦荣氏小球菌、消化球菌、乳酸杆菌)进行了定量分析。对结果进行了统计学处理,得到了小型猪正常肠菌群的一些生理值;并认为2月龄后猪肠道乳酸杆菌、消化球菌、韦荣氏小球菌占优势;三种猪2、4、6、8月龄间正常肠菌群无显著性差异;种群间肠菌群无差异。

Intestinal microflora for three kinds of pigs were investigated which arc China Miniature Pig, Beijing Black Pig, and the first cross generation between the Mini-pig and the Beijing Black. Four age groups were chosen. 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 months old, 8 months old. Samples from four sites of intestines ( the middle of jejunum, ilium, caecum, and colom ) were diluted in 10 fold series, incubated on different selective media. After incubation, aimed bacterial colonies were counted, then the number of CFU/lg of gut inclusions evaluated. From thedata statistically administrated,conclusions can be drawn that the predominant population of normal flora in China Mini-pig guts is Lacto-bacillus, Peptococcus, Veillolla; that little change occurs in normal flora after 2 months old for the mini-pig; and that no significant difference among the three kinds of pigs,raised in the same environment, for normal flora can be seen.In addition, many phisiological values of nitestinal microflora of Chinese mini-pig are obtained.
