摘要
从早期感染曼氏血吸虫的C_(57)BL/6小鼠纵隔淋巴结细胞建立七株T细胞克隆。H^3-标记的淋巴细胞转化实验显示可溶性曼氏血吸虫尾蚴抗原、ConA和重组的人IL-2可促进这些T克隆细胞增殖,可溶性曼氏血吸虫虫卵抗原、成虫抗原及非特异性抗原PPD、纯化的老鼠IL-4均不起作用;体外实验显示T克隆细胞可诱导和增强对血吸虫尾蚴抗原特异性的肉芽肿反应;体内实验证实它们可调节血吸虫尾蚴抗原特异性的迟发型超敏反应。本文的结果为加深理解血吸虫病的免疫机制提供了一些实验依据。
Mediastinal lymphocytes from C57BL/6 mice infected with S.man-soni cercaria were used to create seven cercarial antigen-specific T cell clones, all of the clone cells responded significantly to CAP、 conA and r-IL2 , but not to SEA、 SWAP、 PPD and m-IL 4 . In vitro all of the clone cells induced cercarial antigen specific granulomatous responses, and in vivo they mediated local delayed-type hypersensivity reactions in foodpad swelling assays, The results show that Th cells play a very important role in the development of early immunity to S. mansoni challenge.
