应用BLUP法分析正反交循环杂交试验中遗传效应的研究

STUDY ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE GENETIC EFFECTS IN RECIPROCAL CIRCULANT CROSSES WITH BLUP

本文针对正反交循环杂交试验中参试种群许多时候纯合程度较差这一特点,从数学模型、统计假定、方差组分估计以及效应具体预测等方面着手,研究了运用BLUP原理对遗传效应进行分析的问题,进而形成了另外一种分析方法。文中对这种方法的具体使用还通过一个例子作了说明。

To sohve the problem that the breeds are not pure, another method was proposed to analyse the reciprocal circulant crosses, which was based on the ensential idea of BLUP, The mathematical model, statistical hypothesis, the estimation of varance components and the solution of the effects was studied in detail, Besides these, an example was given to illustrate the use o! this method.
