随着全球信息化程度不断提高 ,变化中的社会需要和图书馆工作对图书馆员的信息素质提出了更高要求 ,馆员的信息素质教育迫在眉睫。可以通过信息素质教育观念的确立、教育机制的建立以及图书馆外部环境的良好互动来提高馆员信息素质。

With the acceleration of global informationization,the changing society and the library work pose greater requirements on librarian's information literacy.Librarian's information literacy education is urgent.The author thinks librarian will make good progress in information literacy through establishing information literacy conception,building education policy mechanism and favorable interaction between the external environment and the librarian.
