Too high proportion of state owned shares has been severely influencing corporate governance of listed state owned corporation. Acquisition of foreign investors becomes an efficient access to share multiplicity. This article introduces the background of acquisition of foreign investors, analyzes its characteristics and related laws, and forwards some suggestions.
