Development of Change of Social Form and the Basic Rights in China's Constitution

我国正处在由传统社会向现代社会转型的时期 ,社会转型引起了我国宪法的变迁和发展。文章通过对社会学上“社会转型”概念的分析和把握 ,对我国社会转型的主要内容进行了论述。

During the period of changing from a traditional society into a modern society, the change of society in China has caused the change and development of Constitution. With the concept of 'change of society' in the sociology, the thesis discusses its main content in China and then the development of idea of Constitutional basic rights and the norm of rights in the period of social changing.
