Probe into fundamental issues of investigation structure

本文对侦查构造的基本含义进行了深入探讨 ,并对侦查构造的两种基本类型即审问式侦查构造与对抗式侦查构造进行了比较研究。同时 ,对我国侦查构造的特点和缺陷进行了反思 。

This thesis probes deeply into the basic definition of investigation structure and research comparatively on two basic types of investigation structure,namely inquisitorial and adversarial. At the same time,this thesis also rethinks the characteristics and shortcomings of Chinese investigation structure,thus provides a proposition to reconstruct our investigation structure.
