关于我国企业创建学习型组织若干问题的思考

Reflections on problems of establishing learning-type organization in Chinese enterprises

近年来,学习型组织管理理论被我国越来越多的企业所推崇,创建学习型企业正在成为企业组织管理创新的一个热点。文章就企业创建学习型组织中存在的学习型组织的模型、创建条件以及领导者角色等比较突出的问题,作了初步的探讨。

The theory of learningtype organization is being accepted and appreciated by more and more Chinese enterprises, and establishing a learningtype enterprise is becoming a focus of business management innovation. This article analyses briefly such striking problems as models of learningtype organization, establishing conditions and the role of the leaders, which are found in the process of establishing a learning organization.
