摘要
近年来,学习型组织管理理论被我国越来越多的企业所推崇,创建学习型企业正在成为企业组织管理创新的一个热点。文章就企业创建学习型组织中存在的学习型组织的模型、创建条件以及领导者角色等比较突出的问题,作了初步的探讨。
The theory of learningtype organization is being accepted and appreciated by more and more Chinese enterprises, and establishing a learningtype enterprise is becoming a focus of business management innovation. This article analyses briefly such striking problems as models of learningtype organization, establishing conditions and the role of the leaders, which are found in the process of establishing a learning organization.
