中国金融业分业经营安全性分析

An analysis of the security of financial segregated management in China

文章通过对我国金融行业分业经营的安全性现状的分析,阐述了我国金融业分业经营的风险在逐步加大,在世界金融业竞争日益加剧和允许外资金融机构进入我国境内的新形势下,不利于提升我国金融业的竞争力;指出我国金融监管当局必须适应新的形势,允许金融业进行合作,打破金融业的割据现象,提高我国金融业的安全性。

The paper analyses the security of Financial Segregated Management (FSM) in China and elaborates the increasing risk of FSM which is disadvantageous to the competition power of our financial business under the new situation of increasing severe competition in the world financial circles and of the permission of foreignfunded financial agencies' entrance into our territory. Therefore the paper puts forward that our financial management bureau should take active measures to permit integrating operation under new situations.At last the paper proposes that we should break the isolated phenomenon and improve the security of financial enterprises in China.
