摘要
文章根据人力资源整合的基本原则,对企业三项制度改革的成果进行了分析评价,提出作为技术密集型企业在经营战略变革时期,应注重企业人力资源的整合。通过系统、科学的测评、岗位设置和员工职业生涯设计与培训,保证企业拥有实现其发展战略目标的人力资源基础。
This thesis cites the essence principle of manpower resource integration, through which the reform achievements from three aspects of enterprise management system are analyzed and evaluated. It is put forward that paying attention to the manpower resource integration of enterprise is required during the innovation period of its business strategy change for the technologyintensive enterprises. By means of systematical and scientifical determining and reviewing, post designing and professional career designing and training for personnel, it is ensured that the enterprises possess the foundation of the manpower resource which can serve to achieve its objective of developmental strategy.
