实行本科教育学分制 改善创新人才培养环境

Carrying out the credit system for undergraduate education, improving the training environment for the creative talents

为了适应社会主义市场经济的发展需要,高等教育发生了很大的变化,由学年制向学分制的转变就是其中之一。文章介绍了我国解放以后高等教育的发展过程,指出了学年制和学年学分制存在的问题,特别是不能适应市场的变化和创新人才培养要求等问题,以及实施学分制的必要性和优越性;同时,分析了目前实施学分制存在的四个方面的问题,并提出了对策。

To meet the demand of the socialist market economy, the high education model has been modified quite a lot. One of the changes is from the academic year system to the credit system. The paper introduces the education development in our country since 1950, and points out problems of the academic year system and the academic year plus credit system, especially the problems that the systems are unsuitable for the market economy and the training of the creative talents. It also summarizes the necessity and advantages of the credit system from six aspects. Meanwhile, it also analyzes four problems existed when performing the credit system right now, and proposes some suggestions for solving the problems.
