摘要
在西部大开发过程中,人们要树立可持续发展的战略思想,应通过合理的资源开发和利用,解决环境问题,但不能走"先污染后治理"的弯路。西部大开发不仅是西部人的义务,也是全国人民的共同命运之所在。
The strategic conception of the sustainable development should be established by reasonably exploiting and utilizing the resources to settle the poverty pollution in the development of West China.During exploiting resources,environmental pollution ought to be stressed so as to avoid the 'pollute and then control'devours.The development of West China is not only the duty of people of the West China but also the common fate of the whole nation of China.
