Discussion on the Skeptical School and Their Discrimination of Ancient History

从对《古史辨》及疑古学派的代表人物顾颉刚、胡适等人的研究方法、治学态度等进行具体分析入手,主要论及这一学派的功过得失以及近一个世纪以来对中国学术界产生的巨大影响,认为对其作出公正、客观的评价是十分有意义的。

It is of importance to evaluate the Skeptical School and their Book titled Discrimination of Ancient History fairly and objectively.Contributions and slips are probed,and great impact of the Skeptical School on the historical research field in China during last centaury is discussed,based upon detailed study on the famous work of Discrimination of Ancient Histroy,research methods and academic attitude from Gu Jiegang and Hu Shi who were typical representatives of the Skeptical School.
