安徽省北部重点城市地下水资源特征与开发潜力

Groundwater Resources' Characteristics and Development Potentials of Four Important Cities in North Anhui

阜阳市、淮北市、宿州市、亳州市是安徽省北部4个重点城市,由于地表水体受到严重污染,这些城市全部依赖地下水作为供水水源.以地下水系统理论为指导,以地下水资源可持续利用为目的,详细论述了这些城市的地下水资源特征.通过地下水可采资源量与现状需水量及未来需水量的统计分析,获得地下水资源的开发潜力.研究结果表明,安徽省北部4个重点城市地下水严重超采现象以及由此导致的环境地质问题主要产生于不合理的开发利用方式,如果变城区水源地高密度集中开采为大范围的分散开采,变单纯开采中深层、深层承压水为潜水和承压水联合开采,这些城市地下水资源完全能够满足需要,还就此对“引江济淮”工程提出建议.

In order to achieve sustainable development and utilization of groundwater resources in four important cities in North Anhui,the paper illustrates the characteristics of groundwater resources there in details. On the basis of statistical figures,the development potential of groundwater resources in these cities is analyzed and the groundwater requirement is estimated. The result shows that the potential of groundwater resources in these cities may satisfy the present and future demand.
