在对苏北地区农村中小学体育现状调查的基础上,通过分析论证,找出苏北农村经济欠发达地区中小学体育发展的不足之处并提出对策,为该地区农村中小学体育的改革提出合理的建议.

Based on the investigation, the deficiencies of the P E development of the primary and middle schools in North Jiangsu where economy lacks development are pointed out. Some counter-measures and reasonal suggestions to the innovation of the P E development of schools in this area are put forward.
