摘要 目的 :通过研究不同的反应溶剂、温度和分散剂的加入对羟基磷灰石烧结产物性质的影响 ,探讨羟基磷灰石合成工艺的优化条件。方法 :选择不同的反应条件制备羟基磷灰石。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱对目标产物羟基磷灰石作定性分析。结果 :乙醇作反应溶剂 ,同时降低沉淀反应温度可改善产物的分散度 ,降低粒径 ;分散剂的存在可提高烧结产物的气孔率。结论 :该合成工艺可制备晶型结构完整、小粒径、高气孔率的羟基磷灰石。 Objective:To select the best conditions of reaction by studying the effect of solvent,temperature and disperser on the sintering hydroxyapatite during its preparation.Methods:The hydroxyapatite was prepared by the deposition method.The powder was identified by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum.Results:Reacting in alcohol and lowering temperature could improve dispersity of the samples and reduce the aspect ratio of the grains.Mixing disperser during sinter could increase the pore ratio in the samples.Conclusion:The hydroxyapatite prepared by the deposition method was porous,small-grains and integrity microstructure.
