The paper looks back the process of raising socialist political civilization;and sets forth the corresponding relationship between social practice and division of material civilization,spiritual civilization,social political civilization;and introduces their relationship in essence as a whole.Finally,author considers initially how to construct Chinese distinctive socialist political civilization in new period.
