反对腐败要切实从制度上抓起

反对腐败 ,加强党风廉政建设 ,是我们党的一贯方针。我们党在惩治腐败 ,加强党风廉政建设方面 ,虽然做了大量的工作 ,也取得了一定的成效 ,但是 ,反腐败斗争的形势仍然十分严峻 ,消极腐败现象在一些地方和部门仍然呈滋长和蔓延之势。总结我们党自身建设的历史经验 ,根据不断变化的新情况 ,彻底遏制腐败现象滋长蔓延的态势 ,必须切实从制度上抓起 ,建立一套便利、管用、有约束力的反腐倡廉机制。

Anti-corruption and the strengthening of our Party conductively and honestly is a continuous policy of our Party.Our Party has done a lot and achieved a lot in the anti-corruption and the strengthening of our Party conductively and honestly,but the situation in the struggle with corruption is still very severe and passive corrupting phenomenon is still growing and expanding in some local departments and governments.Summing up the historical experience of our Party's self-construction,according to the ever-changing new situation,containing the expanding of corruption must be based on the system.In order to struggle with corruption and promote honesty,we have to set up a set of systems which is convenient,useful and have binding force.
