摘要
在我国实行党政领导干部竞争上岗制度 ,具有重大意义。当前实行这一制度 ,还存在干部来源结构单一、考试内容陈旧、考试方法不科学等问题。为此 ,需要制定竞争上岗的法律法规 ,使干部竞争上岗法制化 ;拓宽竞争上岗的广度和深度 ,使干部竞争上岗制度化。
It has great meaning to carry out the system of competing for posts in governmental authorities.Presently the problems in existence include the single structure of cadres'source ,the out-of-date cxam content ,unscientific exam method.So,we need to make law and regulations of competing for posts to legalize the system,widen the range and depth ,systematize the system.
