论我国高等学校创新文化的建构

本文提出高校创新文化是一种创新价值观 ,又是一种激发创新潜能、保持创新活力的文化环境 ,同时分析了高校创新文化的组成要素 ,还提出创新文化建设的对策 :一是要营造创新文化环境 ;二是确立创新文化价值观 ;三是突显校园文化精神。

This paper aimly submits that the innovation culture in universities,in a micro sense,not only is a sense of innovation value;but a cultural atmosphere of stimulating the innovating potential and maintaining the innovating vigor.Meanwhile it analyses component factors of the innovation culture in universities.Then it proposes some constructive countermeasures:1)to construct the innovating culture environment;2)to radicate the innovating culture value;3)to give prominence to campus culture.
