Synthesis of Novel 6-O-modified β-Cyclodextrins

摘要 为揭示亲水基团在客体分子中的作用 ,对 β 环糊精作 6 羟基改性合成了 6 O (对 甲苯甲酰基 ) β 环糊精 ,6 O (对 溴苯甲酰基 ) β 环糊精和 6 O 肉桂酰基 β 环糊精三种新型衍生物。其结构经元素分析 ,IR ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,EI MS ,HR MS等确认。 A series of novel cyclodextrin derivatives, i.e., mono[6-O-(p-methylbenzoyl)]- β-cyclodextrin), mono[6-O-(p-bromobenzoyl)] -β-cyclodextrin and mono(6-O-cinnyl) β-cyclodextrin were synthesized from β-cyclodextrin to reveal the role of the hydrophilic group in the guest molecule. Their structures were confirmed by elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, EI-MS and HR-MS.
