摘要 以苯乙酮衍生物、杂环叔胺和四苯硼盐为原料 ,合成了 2个新的具有光活性的季铵盐光产碱剂 ,其结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR确证。 Two new quaternary ammonium salt photobase generators with acetophenone derivatives were synthesized by three-step method. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
