摘要
合成了 [La(Phen) 2 (NO3 ) 2 (H2 O) 2 ]ClO4·2Phen·H2 O( 1 ,化学式为C48H3 8ClN10 O13 La,Mr=1 1 3 7.2 4,Phen=邻菲咯啉 ) ,经X 射线单晶衍射测定其晶体结构属于三斜晶系 ,P墿空间群 ,a =1 1 .2 5 0 ( 4 ) ,b=1 3 .3 64( 4 ) ,c=1 6.3 2 7( 5 ) ,α=1 0 3 .0 42 ( 6) ,β=90 .3 2 7( 6) ,γ =99.5 67( 6)°,V =2 3 5 5 .8( 1 2 ) 3 ,Z =2 ,Dc =1 .60 3g·cm-3 ,F( 0 0 0 ) =1 1 48,μ =1 .0 42mm-1,R =0 .0 5 69,wR =0 .1 0 64。 1由 [La(Phen) 2 (NO3 ) 2 (H2 O) 2 ]+ 阳离子 ,ClO-4阴离子 ,两个共结晶的Phen分子和 1个H2 O分子构成。内界的中心金属La(III)离子为十配位的变形的双帽四方反棱柱体 ,其配位环境分别被 6个来自两个双齿配位硝基和两个H2 O分子的氧原子和 4个来自两个Phen配体的氮原子所包围 ,形成单核 +1价阳离子 ,外界有 1个水分子 ,1个ClO-4阴离子和两个Phen分子构成。整个分子通过分子间氢键形成 3D网络结构。
The crystal structure of the complex La(Ⅲ) with 1,10-phenanthroline, [La(NO 3) 2(Phen) 2(H 2O) 2]·ClO 4·2Phen·H 2O, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic crystal system, space group Pī with a=11.250(4), b=13.364(4), c=16.327(5), α=103.046(6), β=90.327(6), γ=99.567(6)°, V=2355.8(12) 3, Z=2, Dc =1.603g·cm -3 , F(000) =1148, μ =1.042mm -1 , R =0.0569 and wR=0.1588. X-ray structure analysis reveals that the complex consists of [La(Phen) 2(NO 3) 2(H 2O) 2] + cation, ClO - 4 anion,two co-crystallized Phen molecules and one lattice H 2O molecule. In which, the central La 3+ ion is ten-coordinate with distorted bicapped square antiprism geometry and surrounded by six O atoms from four bidentate NO - 3and two H 2O, and four N atoms from two Phen, respectively. 3D network is formed through intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
