降低Boost型变换器电磁干扰水平的峰值电流控制方法 被引量:6

摘要 在一般峰值电流控制DC/DCBoost型变换器的基础上,通过增加对最小输入电流的控制设计了一种能够同时对最大和最小输入电流加以限制的新型峰值电流控制DC/DCBoost型变换器,并分别对两种结构变换器的输入电流进行了分析和比较.仿真结果表明:新型控制电路变换器可使开关频率以下频段的谱峰值比原型DC/DCBoost型变换器降低20dB,显著改善原型DC/DCBoost型变换器开关频率以下频段频谱过高的问题. Simple minimal input current controlling circuit is added to traditional peak current controlled (DC/DC) Boost converter to make the converter with the minimal and maximal input current and output voltage of traditional and the new converter circuits.A conclusion is drawn that the new converter could be used to reduce peak in low power spectrum scope under the switch frequency and also reduce EMI level.
