临床实践证明 ,合理用药是提高疗效 ,缩短疗程的关键。治疗药物监测(TherapeuticDrug Monitoring TDM)是指导合理用药的根据。本文介绍了美国雅培公司生产的TDx-FLx 全自动血药浓度监测仪的原理、特点及临床应用。
