摘要
介绍了激光平面度仪的工作原理及设计中注意问题。该设计思路新颖 ,测量精确度高 ,速度快 ,测量结果直观。由传统的直线法测量大平面改为点接触式测量 ,是大平面平面度等参数测量的换代产品。
