摘要 介绍了激光平面度仪的工作原理及设计中注意问题。该设计思路新颖 ,测量精确度高 ,速度快 ,测量结果直观。由传统的直线法测量大平面改为点接触式测量 ,是大平面平面度等参数测量的换代产品。 In this article,the working principle and the attended problems in the design of laser plane degree measure instrument are introduced This kind of design has the advantages of novel method, high precision and velocity of measurement, at the same time, the results of measurement are clear and definite This measure method changes the conventional beeline measure big areas into the dotcontacted measurement It is a substitute for the measurement parameters of bigplane degree measure instrument
