住宅设计为人们提供一种生活方式,应营造一个良好的居家环境。设计必须依据我国的文化传统和地方特色,依据不同类型的需求,体现人性的特点,充分利用先进科技成果,不断创新。
The Design of Residence Building is intended to create convenience, comfort and pleasant environment for occupants.For this purpose, houses should be designed by using modern technology, reflecting cultural and gecgraphical features,and at the same time taking into consicleration the needs of occupants.
