摘要
股票期权激励制度是企业资产所有者对经营者实行有效激励和约束的一种报酬制度。分析我国现阶段实施股票期权激励制度存在的障碍,提出了清除障碍的相应措施。
Executive stock option system is a reward system that the capital owners of enterprise efficiently stimulate and constrain managers. Some obsatcles are analyzed in its operation in China, trying to put foward some corresponding counter-measures to solve these problems.
