摘要
在硝酸介质中,硒(IV)能催化溴酸钾氧化亚甲蓝使之褪色。利用这一催化反应的动力学条件,建立了一种动力学光度法测定痕量硒(IV)的方法,其灵敏度为1.06×10-7g/L Se(IV)。Se(IV)的含量在0-8μg/L范围内与褪色反应速率lg(A0/A)呈正比。通过萃取纯化,使方法具有良好的选择性和准确度,用于测定富硒平菇中的硒结果满意。
Trace selenium (IV) can catalyze the discolouring oxidization of methylene blue by potassium bromatein nitric acid medium. Using the conditions of kinetics, a method of kinetic spectrophotomery for the determinationof trace selenium (IV) was established. It possesses a sensitivity of 3.8×10-7g/L Se(IV) and the detection range is0~8μg/L. Combined with the separation of selenium by solvent extraction, satisfactory result was obtained forthe determination of trace selenium in Se-rich Pleurotus ostreatus.
