摘要
水下结构物在水下这种特殊的环境中会受到不同程度的损伤,其中裂缝缺陷是评估结构物安全可靠性的重要因素。设计了水下结构物裂缝缺陷的采集系统,并针对裂缝图像的特征设计出一套图像处理方法,采用形态学方法,得到了良好的处理效果。在对裂缝的特征进行定量分析之后,应用计算机视觉技术计算出裂纹的真实长度和面积,相关的计算结果可为水下结构物的安全评估提供基础数据。裂缝特征定量分析方法为水下结构物缺陷的定量化识别提供了一种有效的手段,实现了缺陷分析的定性化到定量化的转变。
Underwater structure will be damaged in different degree in this kind of particular environment. Among these defections, the crack is the important factor to evaluate the reliability of structures. The image acquisition system of the underwater structure is designed. A set of image processing methods are developed to the crack feature and the morphorlogical method is applied skillfully. The real length and area of the crack are calculated by using computer vision technology. The relative calculating results provide the basic data for safety evaluation of underwater structure. The quantification analysis method of crack feature provides an effective way to recognize defections of underwater structure quantificationally.
