摘要
在研究了飞机结构烧伤后机械性能、电导率、烧伤温度之间的变化关系基础上,提出了涡流电导率的烧伤检测方法,并详细阐述了飞机结构烧伤检测系统的软硬件组成及关键技术的解决办法。经样机试验表明,采用涡流电导率原理的烧伤检测仪具有操作简单、检测结果准确可靠的特点,完全可取代传统的烧伤检测方法。
Based on relation among the machanism capability,conductance,burn temperature,A method of burn inspection with eddy conductance is proposed,further more the structure of software and hardware and resolvent of pivotal technology about aerostructure burn inspection system are introduced. Practical running shows that new burn inspector can replace traditional method of burn inspection completely because of its simple operation and high dependability.
