摘要
目的 探讨β2 肾上腺素能受体 (Beta2 adrenergicreceptor ,β2 -AR)基因 79G/C多态性与原发性高血压的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性的方法 ,检测 12 3例健康人 ,10 9例原发性高血压患者的 β2 -AR基因型。用生化技术测定研究对象的空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇。结果 等位基因G、C在原发性高血压组和对照组的分布频率分别为 0 93、0 0 7和 0 91、0 0 9,基因频率分布符合Hardy Weinberg平衡 ,样本具有群体代表性。两组人群的基因型和等位基因频率分布无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在中国汉族人群中 ,β2 AR基因 79G/C多态性可能与原发性高血压无显著性相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between β_2-adrenergic receptor gene 79 G/C polymorphism and essential hypertension. Methods β_2-AR genotyping was identified with polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism in 123 unrelated healthy controls and 109 patients with essential hypertension. Fasting blood glucose,serum cholesterol,triglyceride and high density lipid-cholesterol were measured. Results The allelic frequencies were 0.09 for the C allele and 0.91 for the G allele in normotensive subjects,0.07 for the C allele and 0.93 for the G allele in essential hypertension patients. The allelic frequencies were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. No significant differences in genotype distribution ( P >0.05)and C allelic frequencies distribution ( P >0.05) was found between normal and essential hypertension groups. Conclusion These results suggest that 79G/C polymorphism of β_2-AR gene is not associated with essential hypertension in Chinese.
