摘要 为了分离SPF鸡嗉囊和盲肠中的乳酸菌,用BL和乳酸杆菌选择性培养基进行菌种分离,通过生化试验、乳酸纸层析等方法进行鉴定。结果自SPF鸡嗉囊和盲肠中分离到产酸能力强的菌株7株,经鉴定为唾液乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和肠球菌为主。其中嗉囊中以唾液乳杆菌为主,盲肠中以发酵乳杆菌和肠球菌为主。 Methods To isolate Lactobacillus in the crop and caecum from SPF chicken,we choose BL media and Lactobacillus-selected media and identificate them by biochemist test and paper chromatography.Results There are seven isolates that produce lacid efficiently were isolated,and L.fermentum,L.salivarus subsp and Enterococcus are dominant.In addition,L.salivarus subsp are dominant in the crop while L.fermentum and Enterococcus are dominant in the caecum.
